Sailing around the island of Fyn in Denmark was a truly life-changing experience. The wonderful freedom one experiences relaxes the soul with the realisation that we are not quite consumed by the digital age. Matt, who owns the Halberg Rassy we sailed with and who invited me to join him, often takes off to these quite areas of Europe to unwind. I was very grateful to join him and took his old Mamiya 645 with us to document the adventure. I also had a large quantity of long-expired Ektachrome 120 film which translated the colours of the region in strange and beautiful tones.
